Anyone else think that holidays, such as New Years, and 4th of July, that use fireworks for celebration, actually are conditioning the populous?

When the guns start going off, and the bombs start dropping, many will think, it is just some 'celebration' happening.

Fireworks here TOO. It's happening everywhere the survivors of mayan doom are creating firework doom.

Last year I shot my new shotgun on new years so no one would report gunfire. I hate when people shoot into the air thinking its safe. I shot safely folks.

Georgia isn't much quieter. My neighbors have been saving up, and my poor sweet puppy is having a nervous breakdown. She hasn't pee'd outside since 7:00 due to all the bangs.

stepping outside at midnight here, if it were not a holiday that fireworks were normally used, I would have thought the neighborhood was under siege...although, I am in a suburb, close to the Mississippi river...

I can see how, if it wasn't a holiday, that gunfire could be mistaken as fireworks...

Still better then having black trash neighbors thumping the windows at all hours of the morning.

I have a feeling the war is going to start in the subburbs.
