Get some D3 from homefirst.com, 150,000 IU daily for everyone for a week. After a week, back down to 10,000 IU daily. [ link to store.homefirst.com] The 3 month old, you'll need to go GNC & get drops. No more than 1,000 IU daily for a week, then back down to about 100 IU daily. ive been doing this. i was the first one sick. started on dec 1. got better after a couple weeks but have gone back down hill the past couple days along with everyone else here. gotta keep going tho.
