Get some D3 from homefirst.com, 150,000 IU daily for everyone for a week. After a week, back down to 10,000 IU daily. [ link to store.homefirst.com] The 3 month old, you'll need to go GNC & get drops. No more than 1,000 IU daily for a week, then back down to about 100 IU daily. ive been doing this. i was the first one sick. started on dec 1. got better after a couple weeks but have gone back down hill the past couple days along with everyone else here. gotta keep going tho. It is so easy to overextend oneself when caring for others. Because things have to be done. They just have to. So I am glad you posted so others can keep you and your loved ones in mind.
