Mold or old furnace/water heater? Maybe start cooking meat?

we did replace the water heater and had some work done under the house 2 months ago. had some mold on the insulation. got that taken care of. who knows. just been a sucky month for health in my neck of the woods

Another idea is a cool bath, submerse. I did that to prevent heat stroke and my head was so hot it sizzled and popped. The cold bath was a good idea for me.

I really love this site. I thought I was the only one feeling this sick lately. It has been off/on. After hurricane Sandy I noticed I would not stop sneezing it was awful. I lost my senses of taste and smell. Feel aching all the time. I agree with the last comment chemtrails are killing us slowly. Also the power they have using radionics cause tumors is also happening. May their evil upon humanity turn back on them tenfold.

My son has been getting 8000-10000 iu of D3 and my daughters and I less...like 1000. My husband none. We had 17 of his family members staying with us for a week during Christmas ALL of whom were just getting over being sick.

I came down with a cold yesterday, but is very minor. But guess who is much sicker? DH. He should have listened to me. My kids are all well!

I am a believer now in vit D because I am usually the first one to get sick just from stress alone.

Yuck, I'm sorry you are having to deal with a sick family and you yourself are trying to get better.

Have you tried colloidal silver, loads of garlic/cayenne pepper, echinacea/goldenseal, turmeric? lol! I know it sounds crazy but when I start to feel a cold coming on or run down I up my intake of those suppliments.

Also, my children's doctor ...she doesn't give antibiotics unless it's a last option. For colds, cough, phlem, fevers, flu stuff she prescribes "Open Airway" ...it's a chinese herbal medicine which you can order on-line at (Si Jin Bao- SBJ). My youngest (3 yrs) who was born preemie (not immunized) and has a heart defect is my healthiest child (out of 6 kids!!!. At the first sign of a runny nose I give him the "Open Airway" for 3 days and then he's good to go! My 15 year old daughter always get pnuemonia when she visits her dad in Colorado and of course they give her antibiotics. Well a couple weeks ago -right before she was due to leave for Colorado she got a really bad cough so I gave her the "Open Airway" (usually she doesn't do the natural/homeopathic stuff like me and the youngest do) and within a week she was all better! Course now she's in CO for Christmas and she's sick...ugh!!

I think the other thing that helps me and the littlest one stay healthier (from the rest of the family) is we don't eat dairy, grains, or meat.

Yep, have three kids with fevers on and off the last week. Went to my moms for christmas and she had a fever and so did my little brother. My husband and I have had fevers on and off with sore throats. Just seems like no end to this madness.

ive tried those rx vit d where it's some short term shock to the system. like 50000 iu for 30 days. had some side effects. trying 2000iu...hey i probably qualify as a DH too

Hello All

Indeed something is amiss. I went to Buffalo NY to visit on the 20th. My BIL cane down with it first then my niece, 4, and my son 22 months. They were the worst, Fever went to 1104 and 106, respectively. We had to use cold packs to get the fever down. By the 22nd the rest of us got it with a total of 7. I have never been this sick with my family at home since we got back on the 25th, We all have chest colds and still are trying to recover.

I had to even get an inhaler. From tomorrow on, I will get my son on some herbal meds and I will start taking them all the time now.

If you havent had the baby checked by a doctor please think about doing so.Their little body cant handle what we can.Can get deathly serious in a short time.
