Democrats may blame the Republicans, and Republicans may blame the Democrats, but one thing is for certain.... Barack Hussein Obama II will be known as the President that was responsible for the biggest tax increase in American history.  That was said about many other presidents as well. And year after year another pawn takes his place, and raises it again. In 4 years, another president will come along, and raise it again, and you will get to say your stupid little phraze again, about some other pawn. Cool. That phrase has a catchy little ring to it.
