Quoting: K.Kool Good questions! Now, why would the people that purposely cause individuals, corporations, and governments (entire countries) to be enslaved by mountainous debt they can never mathematically repay, ever want to allow that to happen? They exorbitant interest rates are called usury. And the Bible explicitly bans usury. But, the banks do not heed that. There will be a global restart, and it may just include some debt repudiation/jubilee/debt forgiveness....but it will be a strategic move, to consolidate more power and usher in a one world currency and a one world governing body....and then the real nightmare 1984 scenario begins. Enslavement of the worst kind, and NOBODY will be exempt, and NOWHERE will be safe. This is what we are up against. It is all connected...drugged populations via pharmaceuticals and quack medicine. Dumbed down people from poor education systems. Zombified societies from mind control television programming. Weakened morals and integrity from purposeful gradual erosion of religion, family, family values, etc. We either fight back, and save humanity....or the world will slip into a dark age like mankind has never known....and if I must give my life for this cause, so be it. The focus now should continue to be on waking up friends, family, neigbors who are still fast asleep/unaware/unconscious. But I am not going down without a fight, although that time is not here just yet, but it approaches and approaches rapidly. In terms of weeks and months, not years and decades... Currently working on: Bach: Invention No. 1 Joplin: Maple Leaf Rag Mendelssohn: Tarantella Op.102 no.3 Mendelssohn: Venetian Boat Song Op. 19 no. 6 (both from 'Songs Without Words') |

I agree with an end to usury, but differ from you about the outcome, we don't have to have a 1984 nightmare, but live in a world without a whole lot of the evils that plaque as now. The scenario you describe, I believe is promulgated by those who stand to profit from continuing the nightmare we already have. They just won't admit this publically. That's what all the hubub is about, bub. It's not about run of the mill budget crap like they say on the news. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 20756371 The US is the global currency. It may come down to inflation in the end. They wouldn't be able to collect taxes if they went the inflation route. Inflation is a one shot deal, and after that, the goverment that does it loses the ability to collect taxes. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 16648993 Debt based money and the defense industry are linked. You can't remove defense without addressing the money supply. The reason is that the global debt based system inevitably collapses eventually. And in the mean time, forces countries to eat each other to pay their debts. So, you either build big guns and go eating or you get eaten. So, if you want to address defense spending, address the monetary system at the same time, or get attacked down the road. |
