Mr, President.

Allow me to first extend my scincere congratulations in regards to your recently appointed position. It has been a long time comming and will no doubt benefit the both of us, our organisation as well as the United States of America.

As you are surely aware, there were a few unanticipated complications that arose in our recent directive. Our next steps foward actions must be carefully planned and executed to ensure prompt resolution to the matters at hand and implicitly show that we are indeed acting in good faith and attempting to provide restitution to our "friends" due to the unfortunate circumstances that have arisen fallowing the incident.

Our friends explicitly demanded the safe return of agent LHO22 (mr. Oswald) upon completition of his mission. This as you know, will not happen. The loss of a highly trained being such as agent LHO22 will undoubtedly appear to them as if it were a pre-planned event on our part, which i assure you it was not. We must convince them as such.

With that being said, the current situation is not completly cast in a negative light. The primal Goal of the mission as been completed. Any doubt that you might have had about your role in the JFK's campain for the upcoming election have been squelched. All inquiries as to your involvement in the criminal investigations we previously discussed will now disapper. You have my word on that, Mr, President. In addition, my needs were met with the conclusion of this mission. The black mailling in regards to my perssonal life is already a distant memory. For that, i am eternaly grateful to all parties involved, our friends and their gouverning body's desire were met. It is now not possible for John, nor his people, to disclose the new finding from the roswell incident. They will not be exposed, and they will be surely grateful for that. These are things we can and must now work off of.

Our next move, will be one of great magnitude, the wrong one could bring dire consequences to ourselves,our organisation, our nation, our planet. Speaking as a friend, Lyndon, i am overrought with woory.

Bob, i understand the report the frist time you threw it at my desk. How the hell do you expect me to "message" data like this?

You do know who my boss is, right? Maybe we should pull you out of the desert sun, buddy. Eight months ago, i had no idea the little gray bastards could communicate at all. Now you're trying to get me to accept that they had involvment in Dealey Plaza? That, they all got together and close their big creepy eyes and they just dreamed until the shooters all made pilgrimage to Dallas? Do you realise how this will go over? It was bad enough to think about Castro being involved... at least he's one of us!

I suggest you ask your little friend for a better story or you come up here to the Hill to present your little report yourself.
