I thought that name sounded familiar. I remember Arbogast. He changes jobs a lot. Information posted on a website and found by Virginia State State Police have led Giles County Public Schools officials to cancel classes for tomorrow. [ link to www.wdbj7.com] Dr. Terry E. Arbogast, II was appointed as the Division Superintendent for Giles County effective August 10, 2004. Previously he served as Deputy Superintendent, Principal and Assistant Principal of Narrows High School. Prior to coming to Giles County he worked in Fauquier County Schools. Dr. Arbogast earned a Masters Degree from George Mason and his Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Virginia Tech. He and his wife, Lynn, reside in Pembroke, VA.
