Many of our problems, here on earth, are due to our non-stop survival instincts.

We can either be in "fight or flight" state or "rest and repose"
There should be an experience of both states. This is balance. -balance is always being searched for, Homeostasis- But when we over do a 'fight or flight' state our bodies don't heal as well. In fact, your internal organs work at 60%. Not optimal for digestion. This causes all kinds of issues as you get further and further down the road.

I believe, personally, that because there's nothing much left to fear in our day to day, a useless and over active 'fight or flight' state results in physical issues.

So, relax. Let life flow. Be at peace.
