Just saying, i don't think Strike Zone 2 points to Narrows. It seems to point to a boat line.

It looks pretty similar to me: i think Sandy Hook is clearly linked to The Dark Knight Rises, but in my humble opinion Narrows, VA doesn't match the map in the movie. focus on the body of water. it seems to be a very poor match. notice how in the Batman map, the river empties into a larger body of water. but in Narrows, VA it does not. even the river itself appears to be a very poor match. i think we can find a better match for that strike zone. please keep looking
