What we're missing is that trash comes in all shapes, colors, sizes,and even socioeconomic backgrounds, so why not just label those folks for what they are - trash. Once we learn to discern from that perspective (via a barometer of integrity and character), we can begin to truly separate the wheat from the chaff. print and post at local police stations, call later to ask their decision, then add signs to the front of your local community buildings and businesses to let the people know whose side who is on.

5 stars. Sorry I was late in this thread. Made another on deputizing all able bodied citizens in all states with counties. Just found out not all states have counties or sheriffs, but only a couple.
