sounds like a great city. I have been there a few times and the most that has ever happened from walking around late at night was I found a really friendly homeless woman and I was walking around with friends down a street and a few 18-20yr old guys said, "We walk in front of you, not you in front of us." They were black, but they didn't look poor, they just looked street smart.

The point was, if they do end up doing something to encourage a criminal population, it would be like the dark knight rises or like Arkham City (what a coincidence) from batman. But as of right now, it is not that bad of a city.
