The Adjustment Bureau
Just got done watching this movie. Story line is that there are forces behind the scenes directing how one's life unfolds, and how the scenes play out. One has the illusion of freewill through minor decisions such as what beverage they choose at the convenient store etc. Other then that one's life path is predetermined by "the chairman" (higher forces) and workers lower in the hierarchy (angels?) who help direct the circumstances so things go as planned.

After watching it, I was reminded of something I watched previously on YouTube, where he talks about akashic records, and we choose our lives before we "enter" this reality. Interesting concept, and if true, would explain a lot. Who knows?1dunno1

Anyways, the presentation is kind of long but he talks about this in the first 10-15 minutes. Thoughts?

Re: The Adjustment Bureau
Anyone see the movie? I know it came out in 2011, but I don't watch a lot of movies or TV.

Re: The Adjustment Bureau
Just watched it again on Channel 4, really enjoyed it both times and found it quote thought provoking.

I got to thinking about it's spin on the who Illuminati vibe and got to thinking "what if?"... What if that really was the case, the supposed Illuminati actually being 'Angels' controlling things from behind the scenes? The ramifications would be tremendous, I'm not religious, but that'd provide absolute proof of a 'creator'. It would explain why they are so hard to gain information etc on... and why they remain hidden.

Just a thought...
Luckily I'm adhering to a pretty strict, uh, drug regiment to keep my mind limber.
