I'm not seeing it El Q, what time does it appear?
Quoting: JadeDone It's at about 10 O'clock on the footage of the Sun from GOES15. Look at the dark object left top corner section. Almost looks like a fly, flying around on that small region. Its movement reminds me of a bee collecting pollen. Maybe it is collecting something, feeding as you said OP in short periods of time, maybe because its protection from heat/radiation does not allow longer stay nearby the corona. That is my thought. It looks to me like it takes different intervals going in on that flare and feeds off it. As above, So below. We see this kind of activity on street lights at night, all the bugs attracted to the bit of energy these bulbs provide. Why not the same in outer space. If this thing is harnessing power from the Sun then we should be able to some day do ourselves. Something to look forward to.
