I have been thinking recently about something people seem to overlook when they discuss Hitler, his responsibiliy, his character, etc. Well, it is known as a fact but nobody seems to actually have taken notice.

It's this. Hitler married Eva Braun before they committed suicide. They wanted to die a married couple. Love triumphed... Think a bit about it... is this the act of a monster ?

Humans are complex beings, aren't they.

Something similar was said about Aleister Crowley in his lifetime. The press called him "the most wicked man in the world".

What do you make of the mass murder perpetrated in the Katyn woods on (I think) about 10,000 Polish officers by the Russians, and of which the Germans were accused ? You might think with all the killings and other deeds committed by the nazis, there would be no need for anyone to falsely accuse them in order to destroy their reputation, but still... IF the Russians saw fit to do this and got away with it for many decades, wouldn't one get the impression there IS somewhere some sort of conspiracy involved ?
