No one is disagreeing if it ever took place. They're disagreeing with many of the details and many of the eye witness accounts, because many of those details and accounts have been proven inaccurate, exaggerated, or false. The so called homicidal gas chambers never existed. There is no actual evidence showing people had been gassed to death. In fact, gassing large numbers of people to death is an illogical and inefficient way to murder people. Quite a few holocaust witnesses have been proven frauds and some of their books have been recalled by publishers for having inaccurate or fraudulent information. There is nothing wrong with questioning history. |

The holocaust did happen. Scale does not matter, 1,000,000 is the same as 12,000,000. People were murdered at institutional levels in industrial settings strictly for beliefs. A person should go out and meet some of the holocaust survivors. Ask them pointed questions, I have and lived to remember what they told me. I have no problem with a person "learning" the truth in history as long as it is an accurate portrayal and not some love fest Nazi wannabe with a since of duty stating his opinion on how history should be interpreted. The same should be said of holocaust survivors. I had my opportunity in the 1960's when memories of victims were fresher and Nazis were treated as the SOB's they really were. Times have changed, as people found you can make a buck off WW2 history. To bottom line this. The Nazis were bad. Very, very bad at a leadership level. The German army at a soldier level was well trained but, remained stuck in old tactics, once their new tactics were learned by the Allies, they were easily defeated. New weapons, for Germany, were never produced at a level to alter the outcome. Germany really lost the war before it started without realizing it. They had neither the resources nor man power to accomplish what the leadership desired. But, we know that, now. |

Personally, I was hesitant at first, even though I choose too educate myself on everything without bias to come to my own opinions based on researched facts. The hesitation was this can't be or "Hitler was bad? Right" So after watching 4-5 episodes tonight. My review is simple. This is a documentary of a fact-based timeline that we were never taught, all history and testimony from past archives, video, audio, books, etc. With anything we see, it is ALWAYS up to you to research data on your own. Sometimes when you do, you need to step back and down a few shots of whiskey. Tonight will be one of those nights for me. |
