The bible isn't a big lie...Its a bunch of stuff trying to explain what happened in the past in mankinds encounters with superior beings in the middle east. Just as the sumerian stories are the tales of their encounter with superior beings....You juts have to study it all and you'll find some semblance of what actually happened... In my studies I find that Canaan ties it all together... You start in sumer and end up in Canaan and from there the Hebrew version is given birth as the conflated the Canaan stories with Yahweh...
