NEW YEAR ANNIVERSARY * GLP FASTING MARATHON PETITION starting 1-1-2013 (Updated Daily)
It's new year and it's a good chance to start something new.
In this thread I will inform you of my fasting challenge log.
(I started a similar topic yesterday but it set improper goal so was deleted by moderators.)
You can freely post your own record if you want to join in this silly race.

Below is a simple rule.

1. You can not eat what is so defined food, strictly speaking, organic compounds and chemical products.
2. However you can drink water(H2O) as needed.
3. You can take in non-organic minerals such as salt.

The latter 2 rules are added to prevent unexpected accidents such as literal sudden death.

O.K.
Let's begin!

48 hours has passed already.

My best record so far is only 72 hours.
However it was established in summer and I pedaled a bicycle a lot during daytime.
It's winter here in northern hemisphere, I stay in bed and rarely move around.
No job, of course. ;^)
So simple comparison may not make sense.

The body condition is not so bad for now.

Day 5
Just have finished ejected everything from internal organs.
Salt water is essential to keep things go on.

So, how you evaluate your first 1-week fasting experience? :)

Day 8
Very thirsty.
My mouth opens automatically for unknown reason.
Maybe it's caused by instinct.

I evaluate my first 1-week fasting experience as follows:
It was a very valuable challenge.
On the other hand it was the worst week in terms of sensation.

i think youve made your point.
anything after this is not beneficial in a physical spiritual moral or integral way.
Well done!
please reintroduce nutrients in the form of broths and juices, fruit and raw veg after a day of that and slowly reurn to optimum eating /drinking and health.

My mask is now as handsome as Leonardo DiCaprio when he was teenager.
On the other hand my body is now as thin as Mohandas Gandhi.

Day 19:
I noticed the fact that by drinking radioactive water ozone is generated in mouth and it damages teeth and internal organs.
And in modern life lots of ozone is generated by electronic devices, even from simple fan.
After long-term water fasting, I am now able to perceive ozone hazard.

My achievement goals:
1. acquire/awaken new abilities
2. establish my own humble new world order that does not hurt others
3. ideally say good-by to werld of Arabian shit

Day 21:
I decided to go outside by bicycle to bring back natural raw water to home.
It was a troublesome long journey with headache, sickness and falling down.
I've suspected that drinking bad-quality bottled water has made my fasting harder than necessary.
Let's just hope new water will make life easier.

Day 22:
I decided to abort this attempt.
After drinking natural raw water, my thought changed from negative to positive.
A new desire to live a better life arose.
Thank you and good bye.
