The sooner you go the better. could be serious , but on the other hand it might not amount to much of nothing. I always think its better to know than not know and worry about it.

Nothing to mess with,...get checked. My friend ended up having cancer of the prostate and subsequently had it removed. They caught it very early so he's doing well.

Coming that quick and being severe suggests prostatitis, often caused by infection. Simple antibiotics for that. Doctor may tell you to fap to relieve pressure.

EAT PUMPKIN SEEDS AND WATERMELON SEEDS (in the last case you can put them in the blender), they concentrate elements which can avoid prostate cancer. Consume tomatoe sauce as part of your eating habits. Don't drink too much beer because it's related with the masculine hormone.

Not sure its prostatitis ,symptoms are ache in groin and pelvis area some in the back ,hard to get urine going at first ,painful ejaculation .

I am not in horrible pain ,it does not hurt when I pee either and no penis pain at all.

I've read that Saw Palmetto is good for prostate health.

my dad is suffering from severe pain from his prostate... no cancer! thank god! but the pain is killing him... he finally gave in and is gonna have surgery on it... but dont be stubborn like him and wait.

What are your symptoms? Prostate cancer is easily treated if caught early. Please do yourself and the ones you love a favor and get it checked out, a simple blood test will do. If your PSA is high ten well it starts with a finger if ya know what I mean.

Go to the store and buy the freashest asparagus you can find. Eat half of it (1-lb) raw and steam the other half and eat it. Tell me if your pain goes away in 3 hours ?

i forgot to tell you to drink at least 36oz of water while you eat it.

I had prostate problems in the past. The things that helped me the most:

1) Cut out caffeine and sugar
2) Drink more water - start your day with 12 ounces of purified water with half to whole juice of fresh lemon (very important to flush out acid wastes)
3) Stay off of antibiotics unless absolutely necessary
4) Cut out wheat/gluten (this made one of the biggest differences for me as I found out I was gluten sensitive)
5) Take probiotics
6) Take saw palmetto - start with a low dosage and see how much you can take without having any adverse effects. I've never had any adverse effects from saw palmetto.
7) Give your prostate a rest. If you're ejaculating a lot, cut back for a while. You're not 13 anymore. Use the age x .2 to get an idea of how much time to leave between ejaculations.
8) Go on the anti-candida diet. If you're a white bread/pasta/sugar/dessert/junkfood type, you definitely have a candida problem.
9) Reassess your life. Why are you here? Do you need to re-evaluate your sexuality and how you're expressing it?

Get a PSA and an exam.

Go to the doctor man. I was 33 and had some issues. Put it off until I was nearly 34 until I could not take the pain anymore.

Prostate was freaking huge and when I went for my exam the removed several polyps and such. I am now 35 and have to see the doctor once a year.

Don't put the shit off and just go to the doctor. It sucks but take care of it before it takes care of you.
