Update .... Went to general doc ,he said I had prostatis
there was some bacteria in my urine .Prostate was swollen upon exam ,just about done with Cipro pain during ejaculation is mostly gone most of the groin pain is gone .

But still having issues with starting my urine stream .Will this get better ? or should I head to a urologist ? does it take a wile for the prostate to shrink after it was swollen?

My father used to take this. His doctor recommended it. He also took some prescription medicine, but he said adding the saw palmetto helped.

Try the saw palmetto. If you do not improve within a few days then you should see a doctor.

Everyone has had a huge pain in the ass for the last 4 years.

Now they tell us it's going to last at least another 4.

Forgot to mention I have been taking Saw Palmetto for about two weeks plus .Not really noticed much from it but will continue taking it .Some of the problem now is when I go to pee I cant pee from thinking about this shit could be some of the cause .Call it anxiety pissing I guess LOL

Lots of gunpowder tea
Avoid sugar
Steamy hot bath once a day to completely relax all muscles
Maybe ease a bit on the coffee and meat never hurts

Eat all kinds of weird stuff all that you hate to eat, eat that

Weed is also a option but you risk getting insane and addicted though
