This is what the govorner said. It is debateable which meaning is the correct one. Either this exact threat had been described to him, or he was spoken to in more general terms, that a school shooting could occur in any school at any time.

Not much else to say here, we did not get more context so well never know unless he clarifies it himself.

I thought it was interesting that the lawyer filing the million dollar lawsuit on behalf of the traumatised child has withdrawn it on basis of "New information." Like the shooting never happened, maybe?
