BANS: Possession, delivery, sale, and purchase of
semi-automatic assault weapons, assault weapon attachments,.50 caliber rifles, and .50 caliber cartridges.
Only Rifles that will be legal will be those that are manually operated by bolt, pump, lever,or slide action;
