Another migraine for me. Started about 6 to 7 hours ago. I had to take my prescription medicine to help it disappear. Friggen hurts guys. I can feel my heart pounding each time it beats, but right in the back of my skull. Then the pressure pushes against the back of my eyes. Feels like my heart, each time it beats, is blowing up a balloon inside my head. Ugh.... |

No one sick in our house, but lots of family and others I know have come down with an awful bug. Crazy sore throat, aches and pains, fever. Many have ended up with bronchitis and pneumonia from it as well. |

Here in NYC (I'm at work) their was a flu going around and I was lucky with that one but now theirs a milder cold going around and I do have that, snot, congestion, some are coughing... Wow how weird is that, I actually do feel like I'm coming down with something. I woke up this morning with a stuffy nose and a mild cough. I workout and take organic supplements (which also help me stay healthy) and I am shocked that I feel this way, but it's no big. Just some hot tea and a muffin will do the trick lol. Otherwise it is kinda weird that so many people on GLP (or rest of area) "came down" with something over night lol. Cheers.  |
