Do you supplement with vitamin D or get adequate sunshine ?

Crazy to read this post, 2 nights ago i was thinking to myself "i wonder if they sprayed some weird strain" the air quality here has been really bad and a lot of people have this weird sickness. Im up in western Washington. I don't feel 100%, take multi vitamins and 2500mg of vit. c...im also rather healthy but i can feel some kind of virus trying to take me out, in my chest.

Getting us all sick so we want obamacare....fuckers

The spouse has been sick twice in the last three weeks, 2 of the 8 of us at work are out sick, as well.

I don't buy cheap stuff and I take 8,000 IUs a day.

Felt in absolute agony the last two weeks with an ear infection that couldn't be countered at night with 400 - 600 mg of Ibuprofen leading to sleepless nights. It flowed over into some flu -like disease with high fever and aching shoulders / swollen lymph nodes. My throat got hit hard with soreness making me cough so hard that I threw up. Receding now, leaving behind a mucus - filled lung cough. But it was really bad for some days.

I have an autoimmune disease, which is chronic, I am sick every single f'ng day, really sucks. Exhausted, joint problems and bones changing shapes. like having the flu 24/7 for me

I'm out sick with a stomach bug. Went to Care Now (urgent care) yesterday. The wait was 8 hours. I had never seen so many sick people!

Same here...no symptoms at all. Not a vegetarian.

About 70% of people where I work have been fighting some kind of cold/flu over the last 2-3 weeks.

I rarely (once every 3-4 years) get a cold or flu.

Wanted to add when I was urgent care on Sunday, it was packed with sick people. Average wait time normally is 20 minutes. I waited 2 1/2 hours. They actually admitted me in a spare office. No joke.

No kidding! I did the web check-in so my total wait time in the waiting area was less than 30 minutes. Unfortunately, people around me were hacking up lungs and puking into garbage bags.

Well, if this is the real situation in the USA...I don't know what to say...

I haven't had a cold or the flu since 1992 when a doctor told me to NEVER wipe my eyes with my hand o fingers.

EVERYONE I know here who's had flu shots within the last few months is either still sick, or sick again. Three people in one house all had their "shots" in October and all of them are on their second round of being sick.

Almost all were sick for the holidays. They're getting the shots at the grocery store fer chissakes! Only $25! What a deal!

I got 'hit' with something yesterday at around 3pm. Sick to my stomach & aches and chills. Went to the gym and had a good hot tub and was in bed by 6pm. Got out of bed at 10am this morning. Had the worst sleep of my life... tossed and turned all freaking night long. Got up for water about 6 times during the night.
I feel a bit better now...

Starting the week of Christmas, everyone in my office started getting sick. I NEVER get sick - seriously - NEVER....but I can't say that anymore since I have the hack now too. My husband and child were sick but are mostly recovered. Several ppl canceled coming to child's bday party on the 23rd claiming the same symptoms as everyone at work. And, on Christmas, those that came to my in-laws (all family) were starting to feel ill WITH THE SAME SYMPTOMS. This is no standard flu or cold - its not too serious but much different than anything I remember ever having before. And, obviously extremely contagious.

I'm in AZ and its been cloudy here daily - first with chem trails and then the clouds they create. I also know they chem-trail when its cloudy because you can see them up there when the clouds break up. Ah, Hell, they chem trail here ALL.THE.TIME but it doesn't mean they always use the same thing in the spray.

I was in the hospital day 01.
I was having trouble breathing,I thought I would die.

I did electrocardiogram,and Plate lung,blood test.
all was well.

I am now on medication and improved slightly.

Strange that everything was suddenly,I was bad in a span of just four hours.

Conspiracy...? I know that this is a conspiracy site but come on already.

Over the years. Years I have come across numerous articles about Virius and how they are winning. Our abuse of antobiotics and other drugs in our food supplies have made virius stronger.

There was also several articles about disease being linked to our Suns 11 year Sun Cycle and how towards the end of each cycle the increase of outbreaks has been very marked.

Then you throw in the very UNHEALTHY lifestyles of people and lack of exercise that prmotes a good immune system and proper diet because you are what you eat into the mix and you can see why so many people have bad health.

We also live in very close spaces to each other and nobody I knoiw practices good hand washing and the average person touches their faces 2000 to 3000 times a day.

People go to work and other places when they are sick and should stay at home but they don't.

Come on already. If you are sick its probably partly mostly IS your OWN FAULT.

Don't say this is GMO either because I myself find it quite easy to avoid these foods and eat very well. I just don't eat shit junk foods for the most part but heaven forbid any of you going without shovelling all that shit into your faces and then blameing it on some conspiracy cause it makes you unhealthy and you know it.
