Not sick here.
But wanted to mention to those who begin with the D3.
Be sure and buy it in the gel form. The white hard tab is frequently not taken up by the body.
This advice comes from one of my doctors who told me to begin taking this. I take daily between 6-8,000 IU. I get mine at the dollar store.
