Every single year there are 'flu, cold and other upper respiratory diseases going round.
Some years they're bad, some years they're not so bad.

Drink plenty of fluids, take paracetamol for any fever and keep away from other people so you don't spread it around.
If it's not gone in a couple of weeks go and see your (witch) doctor.

Same as any other year.
