Virus doesn't get killed with antibiotic. Your body have to fight it off.

And it only works topically not systemically (i.e. on open skin not inside your body). Have plenty of fluids, plenty of rest and stay away from others as much as you can. It won't be pleasant but it'll only last a couple of weeks at the most.
