I've been very sick too. Two weeks.
My roommate who is not sick at all takes
Juice Plus vitamins and swears by them.
I may give it a try.
The Onion and Garlic suggestions are interesting
too. May try that. Problem is any odor right now
sends me to the bathroom to throw up.
