Ingest a lot of cannabis oil?

eat mostly raw food. no meat. no smoking, no drugs. no alcohol.
juice green vegetables. sprout. take supplements. do yoga, and meditate.
i do all of the above, and i am 44. people think i am in my 20's.
so i definitely think you can 'get your looks back' but it will involve lifestyle changes.
along the way, you will realize that looks aren't the greatest benefit to this lifestyle. the sense of peace, calm and loving compassion will outweigh anything else. :)

Who is Brenda?

Taking care of herself, eating correctly, excercising in ways she can maintain and having faith. Practicing those things which can add years of enjoyment and will be reflected in her attitude which influences how we appear to others, more confidence immediately lifts your carriage and spirits which reflect well on how you look to others.

Finding out what works well for her at this time with minimal cosmetics and attire that suits her lifestyle. Hanging around with poeple who do likewise, take care of themselves.

Walk. Tone up. Dress a little you get but only if you're trim.

You don't have to look like a 16 year old. But if you're healthy and trim and have a happy zest for life then you will be beautiful and sexy regardless.

No, I don't want to pretend to be that much younger.

I'm making positive changes in 2013. I'm using "getting looks back" as a kind of catchall phrase for the mostly physical improvements.

I am 67. beautiful. exercise. eat healthy foods. not extreme though. no alcohol or smoking...which i did both..and stopped. once i stopped, alcohol, cigaretts, my looks came back..it's never too late! take up a hobby and keep your mind sharp! read, read and read. Looks are not important, honestly, what is inside the soul is what makes you beautiful. i had an extremely stressful 30 years also, but i talked myself into being positive. my skin is flawless and my hair is white, green eyes, and i am happy. no one can make you happy, except you! i became an artist, i began to see all the beauty around us..take a look..

48 Its beautiful age and if you have had a lot of stress, moisturize your face every night. Eat right. Meditate, have a good outlook on life, laugh a lot and if you can, get yourself some sexy clothes and out of frumpy ones.

Be self assured, exude confidence.

Like yourself. If that sounds shallow, its not. Others will love you once you love yourself.

I speak from experience. Take care of yourself, pamper yourself and you will feel great.
Others will not help seeing a new, vibrant, beautiful attractive woman.
And don't dress trashy, dress modern but not exposed. Sexy comes from within.

'looks' are a subjective illusion anyway - it's all about how you feel inside. Focus on the interior, not the exterior. : )

Use your attributes and talents from your many years

op already said that the 'looks' was a container to fit all of her new years resolutions. she wants to be healthy. if you are in good health, you will look good. not in a makeup and hollywood way. but in a clear eyed, radiant skin, positive attitude way.

My appearance is age appropriate.

I don't try to be someone I'm not.

Eventually we all grow older and our appearance changes.

Fortunately, those of us who have developed and enhanced
our minds don't have the same mid-life self-image crisis
as those whose shallow self-image was their appearance.

I m 48 and feel great!! I don't drink or smoke , I eat in moderation although some days I fall off the wagon.....I have a dog and go for long walks and get LOADS of sleep....I wear a good foundation and use make up not to cover but to enhance what I have.....don't have any trouble getting chatted up still when I go out either....
