Well to be fair, Cleopatra was a mix of a lot of different ethnicities. By her time, the Romans, the Turks, the Macedonians, the Persians, and the Greeks had all been thoroughly integrated into Egypt. But in the times of Moses and Joseph, I do believe that they were Hamatic.
