There already staged in the Trask Mountains above Carlton Oregon and I and others are eye witnesses to this account.
Around 2am in the morning is when they start their practice war games and it sounds like the whole mountain is a war zone with fully automatic weapons echoing through the canyons making it difficult in determining how many soldiers are actually staged there already...
