The only way (at least that I can figure) is to unplug and don't stand out.

When Faux news says something, the blood supply flows to your lower instinctive brain and everybody's reacting as if it were real. If we don't learn to cut this out it really is hopeless. No discipline.

We're all going to have to put up with stuff for awhile realistically speaking.

So when you see a limit, go around it.

Once whatever is going to happen happens, Fox, CNN, the networks, MSNBC, should be the last place to look for information. The web, for as long as it holds, will be the best source of raw information. There'll still be shills and trolls, sure, but the goingdowns outside will be real then.
