Roll in bread crumbs and then bake @350 for about 30-40 mins. Pair with any side that you want. They come out moist and melt in your mouth. Very easy and very fast. You can play around with it and add different seasonings to the bread crumbs and try different sauces to use for the chicken. I make my own honey/mustard sauce but sometimes when I make the chicken fingers I use ranch and caesar salad dressings to dip them in. Enjoy! |

If you are unaware of techniques, the videos will make it easier than reading for some. My female friend learned how to start cooking this way. Oil and garlic and onions is the best start to any meal. Coconut oil is really good to use if you wanna eat healthy. I make my own brown rice pasta usually but I will post a healthy meal I like to make. I cook a box of whole grain pasta. I prepare kale by ripping it off of the thick stem. Then cut into decent sized pieces. I boil water and put the kale in water for just 1 min to blanch. Take out and run cold water over and squeeze out the water from kale. I heat up coconut oil and put garlic then onions in. Then I throw in green peppers and any vegatable that I have on hand if I am in the mood. I also mince up habanero peppers. I salt to taste with a chicken seasoning mix, and put cayenne pepper and a little garlic powder in. I mix the pasta in, then the kale. You can add meat but I don't really eat meat. You can also omit the spicy stuff. Good luck learning. Last Edited by RootzGemini on 01/03/2013 06:09 PM |

You look up a type of food (such as fish, for instance) and it lists tons of other ingredients that pair well with it. It doesn't tell you how to cook foods...but once you have that foundation knowledge, it tells you how to make your cooked foods taste good. And it's fun to get a little experimental. |
