I quit over a year ago and they were 20-25 a pack from my memory.

Nope. Not where I live anyway. I've heard stories of people getting caught on raids for marijuana, they ended up getting fined for the pot plant but three years jail for the tobacco.

You can grow your own and it is easy to grow,I live in the USA next to the Canadian border and I still have a couple of plants growing in front of my house, i'm just leaving them in to see how long they last,it has been quite cold and we are on our 3rd week of frost but they are still kicking.
Check e-bay for seeds,Australia has a ton of seed vendors and 5$ Aus will get you 1000 seeds.
