Do we eventually lose our desires as we reach a certain level of spiritual evolution?

I believe so. I was once very attracted to an epic loser, lying scumbag. I no longer desire him since a recent spiritual revelation. In fact we are now just good frinds with no desires. Its a spiritual rwconnection that is not about sex.

On the contrary. Your desires grow with you, and you express and use them in different ways. If we were to speak about sex. If you grow spiritually, sex becomes a form of reaching enlightenment as opposed to tension release. Desire is natural and beautiful, it is your raw and wonderful humanity at work, express it beautifully and you will have no issues with desire.

I have been pondering this lately myself. Perhaps it's all a natural part of our DNA activation. What do you think of this theory?

What if a sub-conscious part of us is trying to communicate that our "physical" drive is not as important, or as efficient, as our "mental" drive to do things. Let me explain. By not having desires especially in the 3D, we must listen to what desires lie inside. Maybe we now have to learn how to manifest them with greater ease. By learning this, and making a habit of it, we don't have to spend as much energy. Would you agree that thinking takes a lot less toil then physical labor? Then not only will larger desires arise, but more focused desires that manifest more quickly with exponentially less energy.

I am assunming people are aware of quantum physics, LoA, etc.

I have lost all desire for sex. seriously

when i see it portrayed in tv especially music videos
the way they are acting, it seems so obscene.
and the clothes some wear in public in real live

it is such a turn off. the more they try to act sexy the more
whorish it seems and that goes for men and women.

and I am very, very open minded.
to me, it just looks so stupid

Yes, I satisfied my curiosity in that regard. Now I am concerned with more practical matters.

You ask a baited question.....you are looking for a particular answer and then are to trash whatever your agenda requires?

I have something that will blow you all away. If anything is possible why not create a reality in which you can be happy and feel good. This is supreme. I don't feel we ever lose our desires/happiness. Without happiness you are lost.

Shared happiness is the key.

What good is happiness if not shared with someone? What good is happiness if you can't tell someone or allow someone to participate in your happiness.

If happy and alone is this not mania or euphoria mistaken for happiness?
