In my state, any crazed redneck can just pull in to any gas station with his 4X4 F350 and fill it up with all the fuel and Budweiser he wants, at any time, then go careening through the school crossing zones at 100 mph, chucking empty Buds out the window as he laughs maniacally and does burnouts on little Jessica's head!
