This guy tries to say its for training... 3-4 rounds per day for all personnel. If it truly is for training, and they are trying to save money, why do all reports suggest its the more expensive hollow point ammo? Who is dumb enough to use hollow points for target practice? If it's not for "training" then what the hell are they all shooting at that requires 3-4 rounds per day / per person of hollow point ammo? [ link to westmoreland.house.gov] If my guys had the opportunity to practice shooting what they carry I would make sure that happened...
