oh, and as i am in germany, we don´t get diet pills at the pharmacy or supplements that really work.

I had a little cyst removed from jaw.
An oral surgeon had to cut it out. Did not hurt, but had a few stitches.

She told me to go on a "soft" diet for one week.

Mashed potatoes, jello, apple sauce, etc.
Well I lost about two pounds, however I cheated a little.
when I went back, she said her patients some of them lost about seven and one half pounds.
First day is bad, but you get used to it.

i know, losing weight fast is unhealthy, but is there a way to shed some pounds really fast?

i am just a little overweight (bmi 26) but need a "kick-off" to reduce my weight.

any ideas welcome.
