Try jojoba oil.

Get some African Black soap from a natural food store. It will help soothe & heal this and many skin conditions/irritations.

African Black Soap wont do much, but its a great soap. Prayer is the answer.

Have a dog or cat lick the area.

Avoid commercial soaps and body washes

is eczema a fungus? Tinea fungus maybe? Or is it the herps?

Don't call it eczema dude, like it's socially acceptable. It's not, you've got a flaking fungus on your body and it's not normal.

Eczema is a rash caused by extra dry skin. It is not a fungus.

Truthfully, for me, none of these so-called "home remedies" has ever done anything for my skin. I have terrible outbreaks of eczema every winter, but a few years ago I found the best possible remedy around. Basically, what I have found which causes it, is a lack of direct sunlight. So I bought an artificial sun lamp, and sit under it in my shorts, for a couple hours every day or so. When I first started doing this, it took only a week or so, and my skin started to clear up. Now, I don't really have any issues with my eczema in the winter time.

Drink Aloe Vera juice.

Neem seed oil, rub it in twice a day, it starts working after the first day of use, it might take a week or so to clear it up, depending on how bad it is.
