Wanna bet although the test originally started in 61 they have been playing catch up so unless you live in a cave and never been in hospital, had a blood test or given blood or any type of accident and they don't have your DNA on file you have been tagged and they would have collecected it via another means. Hair, clothes, car .....

Think of a facebook or linkedin entry with a few extra fields but they tie it to an electronic health record just to be safe. If there are gaps missing, photo, fingerprints DNA etc they will get them it's just a matter of time.

I bet if they did prick my heel they wont find it with any corresponding records birth/hospital/otherwise to the name i have now.

If they did they could have solved the case.

Well people are pretty stupid. We sell our lives away in exchange for a mobile phone and we even sign up so others can track it. For the Aussies here, they collected babies' DNA from about the late 60s onwards in Australia too. Didn't tell the parents anything about it. Didn't ask permission

They don't need the physical card any more. It's digitized and saved to magnetic media. Yay for technology.
