They could have scrapped it because it was not draconian enough for them, the bill did not include the confiscation clauses they were wanting. Personally I hope not and would like this to be the start of a trend. But its Illinois. Chicago would have to give the crown of murder capitol of the world back to D.C.. And we all know rhammy does not want to do that. |
