I'd suggest flipping cars. You buy 1 or 2 thousand dollar junkers. You clean all the shit out of them, steam clean the upholstery and the carpets, polish everything and degrease and pressure wash under the hood. If the tires are shit you buy four decent used ones and throw them on there.

You can add $500 to the price of a car just cleaning it up more or less with soap and water. I'm not kidding you, I know people who make a good living doing it.
