We are all becoming more cold towards each other because we all know we have strayed away from nature.

The internet has connected us all but at the same time has driven a wedge between our human nature.

We must balance.

Just try to hang on and don't be afraid to cry. That is your body's natural anti-depressant. Let the tears flow man.

Normally i have no problem relating to these type of threads, but every time i start spending less time on here i feel fine again.

Don't get me wrong i love this site and some people on here but sometimes just taking a break from GLP works wonders on your perspective.

Everything hurts alittle more this time of year and as we get older we feel it just alittle more too. That's why most people pass away between November and Febuary. Hang in there. Life sucks and then you die...BUT NOT YET!

I know there are those who will disagree with me and that's fine. But everything is exactly as it should be. There is a balance in the universe that supercedes everything. Up has a down...left has a right...everything counters everything. Point being...fear not Op everything is perfect in a universal sense. We are part of this universe...we ouselves are not perfect...but if you accept your existence as part of that balanced and perfect universe you should feel a little more at ease.

It works for me anyways.

take it easy. If you're crying you're learning. It may now make sense now but you are getting it thru suffering, there are many other ways You are a giant if you only knew

Save your tears in a glass and drink them when you are feeling like you might cry.

They are filled with hormones that will make you feel better and calm down.

Eat nutritious food, drink clean water, take supplements like vitamins. Stop feeding your mind with darkness from the TV and GLP.

Try to keep in perspective how much infinitely horrible stuff has happened throughout history. Feel their pain, those whose fate was not good at all, and count your blessings, unless you're the exception, you've had it VERY easy compared to most in history.

OP, if are able to get up and watch the sunrise, do it.

Make sure the sun hits you right in the face.

Sit there with a cup of hot coffee or tea and think about how beautiful nature is.

You'll feel better.

Watching sunsets is not as good as a sunrise when you are feeling Seasonal Affect.

Cry as much as you need to - let it all out. It's part of consciously acknowledging those emotions and releasing them. It's therapeutic.

Try listening to some classical music to help distract & relax your mind... Take a break from 'doom' and GLP if you need to and go pet a furry animal friend.
