ATTENTION: HERE IS THE LIST OF GUNS TO BE BANNED, IF THEY DON'T JUST GO FOR ALL GUNS PERIOD!!

Part of the language in this ban basically states that any gun that has been used by law enforcement or the military are banned as well, which, pretty much rules out everything. Glocks, 38 Specials, Shotguns. This is a sweeping, blanketing proposed list.

We remember the 94-04 ban quite well, thank you.

No one i know will turn them in.And local leo will not CONFISCATE them

After that Benghazi crap, I'll bet a lot of military will refuse to confiscate firearms. I think the cats out of the bag.....

That's why we've been hearing rumors for the past few years about the number of foreign troops - thousands - being brought here for "training".

Before this even gets a foot hold, every gun group should be preparing with lawyers to drag this out in court in every state and federal court. Any government rep helping to pass this should be sent packing as a traitor to the constitution.

It would be more accurate to state that you believe that no one you know will turn their firearms in. To be sure, many talk but will turn them in regardless.

You will believe these people, much like local LEO's, to be your friends. Indeed, they may be when things are going well.

However, your "friends" will turn on you if they are in any type of danger. For example, a friend attempts to bury an illegal firearm and is discovered. Instead of jail time, losing their retirement and family, they are offered a deal to "turn in" someone else. That will eventually be you because you speak too much. You will be offered the same deal, and so on.

As for your misplaced faith in local LEO's, this will be proven as folly for anyone who emulates you. When threatened with a complete funding cut-off and replacement by DHS on a permanent basis, they will turn on you in a moment.

They will lose the entire police department, they will lose their easy government jobs. The worst thing is that they will be "blackballed". An entire career wasted as they are permanently stripped of their credentials and firearms carry permit. They will not be able to get work as a mall security guard when they are done.

Do you seriously believe that your local LEO's will gladly work the rest of their lives at fast food third shift so that YOU may keep a few of your firearms on a banned list?
