There is so much more going on with this planet, then you can imagine...

This planet is unique, a onc at a time playing field in this galaxy... It is the final playing field for some, and the next move is graduation...

It is the design of the galaxy, a function created by this galaxies creators... As this planet closes, another one opens up...

interesting we have very similar ideas...

I have far greater knowledge about this galaxies mechanics then most people... I have this knowledge, because I need it for my spiral...

Temperatures in China, coldest in nearly 3 decades

January 6, 2013 – CHINA - Temperatures in China have plunged to their lowest in almost three decades, cold enough to freeze coastal waters and trap 1,000 ships in ice, official media said at the weekend. Since late November the country has shivered at an average of minus 3.8 degrees Celsius (25 degrees Fahrenheit), 1.3 degrees colder than the previous average, and the chilliest in 28 years, state news agency Xinhua said on Saturday, citing the China Meteorological Administration. Bitter cold has even frozen the sea in Laizhou Bay on the coast of Shandong province in the east, stranding nearly 1,000 ships, the China Daily newspaper reported. Zheng Dong, chief meteorologist at the Yantai Marine Environment Monitoring Center under the State Oceanic Administration, told the paper that the area under ice in Laizhou Bay was 291 square km this week. Transport around the country has been severely disrupted. More than 140 flights from the state capital airport in central Hunan province were delayed, while heavy snowfall forced the closure of some sections of the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macau Expressway, the China Daily said. Temperatures in the northeast fell even further, reaching a 43-year low of minus 15.3 degrees Celsius (4 degrees Fahrenheit), about 3.7 degrees below the previous recorded average. One truck driver in southeastern Jiangxi province, caught in a 5 km (3.1 miles) queue caused by a pileup that happened after heavy snowfall, told China Daily the snow and extreme cold had caught him unawares. “I didn’t expect such a situation, so I’ve brought no warm coats or food. Thirty-year record-low temperatures and a snow disaster have left two people dead and affected 770,000 others in north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, local authorities said Sunday. Snow has fallen on 917,000 square kilometers, or 78 percent, of Inner Mongolia, with 82,000 square km buried in snow at least 25-centimeters deep, according to the regional meteorological authority. More than 3,700 residents have been relocated and 260,000 others are in need of emergency aid, sources with the region's civil affairs department said. By Jan. 4, snow had left about 180,000 head of livestock dead, with direct economic loss estimated at 690 million yuan (110 million U.S. dollars). Civil affairs authorities have earmarked disaster relief funds that will be allocated to those affected by adverse weather conditions ahead of the Spring Festival, which falls on Feb. 10 this year. Russia's Siberian republic of Yakutia has declared a state of emergency due to attacks on livestock by wolves. Yakutia leader Yegor Borisov's press service said wolf attacks on reindeer and horses are increasing. Hunting parties are being formed and on January 15 a three-month battle against wolves will be declared. Currently, there are more than 3,500 wolves in Yakutia. The press service said hunting wolves will be permitted until the number drops to some 500. A decrease in the number of rabbits and squirrels in the region, the wolves' usual food, has increasingly led the wolves to attack livestock. Wolves are blamed for killing more than 16,000 reindeer in Yakutia in 2012. Borisov did not say how recent temperatures of around minus 50 Celsius would impact the planned hunt.

I live in Queensland so I somewhat accustomed to hot weather but I really feel for those folks down south where people usually go to avoid the heat. 40C plus in Tasmania is really crazy. I hope we don't all fry.

Humanity is sick. Earth has the cure.

Chaos in Israel as rain and winds pound the country

Stormy weather causes heavy traffic, shuts down roads, causes damage; snow possible in capital Wednesday, forecasters say.

This weekend’s thunderstorms and torrential winds are just the beginning of what will likely be a very wet and perhaps even snowy week.

People should brace themselves for large amounts of rainfall in the next few days, as well as very strong winds – particularly on Monday morning – and snowfall later this week in Jerusalem, Porat said. The snow, he said, is expected from Wednesday afternoon through noon on Thursday.

The weekend’s rainfall wreaked havoc on part’s of the central region, with the Herzliya train station shut down until further notice due to massive flooding. After a nearby stream overflowed into the station, leading to the collapse of the drainage system, the station’s underground passage and the entire area around the site were flooded – including nearby roads and the parking lot, Israel Railways said.

Israel Railways is operating a pump to drain the area in an effort to resume normal service as soon as possible, but until then, will provide alternative transportation between the Herzliya Station and the Tel Aviv Savidor Central Station in both directions.

Meanwhile, the Kinneret basin is seeing continued improvement in its water levels. As of Sunday morning, the Kinneret (Sea of Galilee) was 211.82 meters below sea level, 3.02 meters away from being full, according to Water Authority data. During the month of December alone, the water level rose by 50 centimeters, beginning January at 211.90 meters below sea level.

The Water Authority’s Hydrological Services called this rise “exceptional,” the biggest December rise since 1994. Half of that increase occurred over the course of three days, during the heavy rain that occurred from December 20 to 23.

In the capital, not only was it raining, but residents are anticipating the possible arrival of a winter wonderland – for the second year in a row.

The Jerusalem Municipality ramped up preparation for the storm expected to slam into the city this week, with winds of more than 80 kilometers per hour and perhaps snow. The city recommended that people check their heating systems to ensure they are working properly and make sure there are no leaks in their roofs or windows.

The capital could experience snow on Wednesday afternoon if the storm retains its strength over the coming days.

Jerusalem has only experienced snow once in the past three years – last year. Ahead of the storm, the municipality will increase the number of operators answering the city hotline, *106, who can respond to storm-related inquires including regarding downed trees.
