Well, it is what it is! If you are enjoying yourself and not hurting others, get on with your bad self! I know this fantastic person that quit drinking but continued to smoke. Guess what he died from? Yep, lung cancer.

whiskey is the best part...popped a couple vicodin earlier this afternoon too. liver is gonna have to suck it up, its the weekend.

Do what you will. I thought you should know that high triglycerides are a sign that your liver is not working or it would have cleared the triglycerides out of your blood stream.

I eat Salads, drink Green juices, eat Vegetable curry etc... whats to cheat on?

Yes my trigs were always 400 or above and i laughed it off to until my 1st heart attack in June this year. My Trig problem is mostly hereditary but staying away from sugars is the problem with trigs not fats. Dropped Coca Cola and watch the the breads and pasta and trigs are down to 177. Niacin and fish oil and Vitamin C.
