Im no expert , but I think its just a nice looking regular m class flare.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 17095177

Flares don't show up,on cor 2 like that. Flares are photonic, that has plasmatic mass and would be huge if it were a CME. That isn't from the sun, thats something altogether different

The bamboozle has captured us. It’s simply too painful to acknowledge, even to ourselves, that we’ve been taken. Once you give a charlatan power over you, you almost never get it back.” – Carl Sagan

I've only been watching the ahead and behind solar stereo satellites for a month now but i check them at least every other day. This image at 22:39 is not coming from the sun imo. Whether it is a camera anomaly or some other energy blast from the galactic center , i dont know . A couple of ojects that are similar but much smaller show up earlier at 8:39. What troubles me is 7 hours are MISSING from the behind satellite from around the time of this 'event' jumping from 01/05 1730 to 01/01 0030. here's a map of how these satellites are positioned in relation to the earth [link to stereo.gsfc.nasa.gov]

Exactly, I've been diligently following all solar charts for years and these anomalies occur. This is NOT FROM THE SUN! I've checked all Lasco leading up, solarsoft, artimis, and solarham. This is a lens refraction!

So something wrong with the lens then?

Did anything happen after those pics were taken ?

Please don't look at this one, you'll freak out:

So, you get the point -- it's common on ahead cor2. That doesn't mean they're not giant alien lightning beings eating our sun.

No, you've got a very close energy source, comet, energetic flyer. These happen and are usually put in the I don't know bin. This isn't sun related or we'd all be feeling something that massive right now, the flare from something that big would be cosmic energy in nature and would have fried all sats. around and the impending plasma would put us back in the dark ages. If that were a CME it would be an ELE!

Looks like plasmatic particles hitting the frame out lens. We've had eastern solar eruptions and western. This is odd though!

Since I highly doubt this as being a lens flare, due to the missing DOF functionality and focus capabilities of the used lenses in this case, I am going for the radiation factor, if at all..

For this, I will have to rest my case due to the missing proof..

I would still like to see the next transmissions, to compare the movement factor for I see no possible lens movements nor source that could physically justify such a lens flare..

Good luck guys, truth is out there..
cheers

Has to do something with the lense I'm sure. If not, then it is a light beam from Uranus!!!

Also, another observation I want to note is that in my experience, solar flares tend to appear wispy where as this appears to be quite solid.

Solar Flare in action:

The video is a CME, not a solar flare.

M1.7 flare with low intensity but voluminous CME, CME was primarily contained by Solar magnetic fields, most material returned to the sun.
