ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 23 -- United States Patent no. 8,333,029, issued on Dec. 18.

"Extreme Duty Machine Gun Barrel" was invented by John Noveske (Grants Pass, Ore.).

According to the abstract released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An extreme duty machine gun barrel has body having a central bore. The rear opening of the body includes a chamber formed to receive a cartridge. The body has a surface layer covering all surfaces of the body. The body has a diffusion layer extending below the surface layer into an underlying material of the body. The central bore may have rifling defined by lands and grooves formed in the bore. An interior portion of the body may have a hardness of at least 50 HRC and not greater than 55 HRC after the surface layer and diffusion layer are created on the body. The surface layer and diffusion layer may be created by subjecting the body to a ferritic nitrocarburizing treatment followed by an oxy nitrocarburizing treatment. The nitrocarburizing treatments may be repeated. The body may be AISI H13 grade tool steel."

The patent was filed on March 16, 2011, under Application No. 13/065,207.

WHY am I not seeing MORE in the way of concerned reactions to this VERY suspicious "accident"???...

Jon looks to have been on his way to becoming something of a sought-after inovator in the world of defence weaponry, having (very recently) cilnched a very lucrative steel patent, and tonight, just weeks later, the guy's found DEAD—oh yeah...in a road accident.

To the people who can't understand Jon's choice of transportation, well, where were you in the late nineties??? Jon was driving his own choice of "alternative wheels", as would ANY maverick type. It's not a strange thing to do if you are like us!

We were driving over those roads this time of year in the past and the black ice was slicker then snot. Meaning the accident could have been legitimate. However, not wearing a seatbelt in this day and age with winter weather as bad as it can be in that area - doesn't make sense.

Big-Rig trucks on those roads will often move into the oncoming lane. I know several people who have had accidents, been run off the road, from that happening in Grant's Pass and all along 199 into California.

Big-Rig trucks are also a favorite for organized crime to use in murdering people.

Wasn't it Princess Diana who was also murdered by having her car run into a concrete embankment? That kind of murder is fairly common because that kind of accident is so plausible.

Let's see: an up-and-coming gun developer dies during a time when the 2nd. amendment is being utterly decimated by TPTB? Nothing to see here, just move along--this is a complete coincidence....
