One of the more often cited, and "more technological" looking articles, the above purports to tell victims that they are being influenced by low frequency microwaves, and that these have the "capability" of modifying thoughts, feelings, sight, sound etc. This is reinforced by numerous public articles on things like the Soviet "woodpecker" and psychotronics, which the intelligence community would have you believe they thought were attempts and modifying the U.S. population's thoughts during the Cold War. It's my belief that this was a very well planned and executed cover operation for technology that actually does work.

If you look into neuroscience research, and how the brain actually works, it's pretty clear that thoughts and feelings are products of electrical impulses.. the firing of neurons, and how these neurons connect to other neurons, like a very advanced biological integrated circuit. The idea that these impulses can be significantly modified with radio frequency radiation is pretty silly. It's even more silly when you realize that in order to change something like a thought, it would require the complex modification of the firing of many very small neurons in a very specific pattern, it would require that neurons surrounding the ones intending to be fired did not accidentally fire, and it would have to be sustained ... indefinitely in order to create the effect that I will be describing. It's just not possible to create a mini-EMP that satisfies these requirements.

When you throw in that a great number of victims, myself included, worked feverishly to create electromagnetic shielding in order to stop mind control, it becomes even more apparent that this is not the product of radio frequency. Once you figure out that something strange is happening to you, and you "find" the TI community, this is one of the first things you see, and it leads you in the wrong direction, sometimes indefinitely.

For decades, there has been a conspiratorial saga revolving around UFO abductions, and implanted devices. This phenomenon was depicted quite accurately in the X-Files in the early 90's and while the entire subculture appears to have been removed from the mainstream, it was written and complained about for a significant period of time. Over the last 7 years, similar stories have begun surfacing, this time in relation to OSEH, and mind control abuse. There has always been an opinion that the alien abductions were in fact government operations, disguised in order to shift blame, or worse, as a false flag operation.
The technology being used, because of the sheer breadth and lack of discovery of mass implants, leads me to believe that the cases above are themselves a deceptive operation in order to perpetrate a lie on the general public, and the mind control community. Namely: that microchip or nanotechnology implants are required to do these horrible things. This is supposed to give you a feeling of relief... "at least its not happening to you." Think again, its been happening en masse for decades, and the OSEH operation is what I call the "Mark of the Beast" -- its designed to tell the public a hidden truth, with an obvious analogy. This theme of half truths being used in order to convey a more universal message will be recurring throughout this story.
To be clear, there is also no way an RFID chip could be used to modify the thoughts of an implant victim. It is a red herring, placed there to stop further investigation, or draw attention to mind control, while at the same time deflecting those interested from the real truth: that it's use is much more pervasive than you think.

Monarch 'programming'

Personally I'm of the opinion that the entire MK-Ultra series of tests, including Monarch programming, electroshock, multiple personality "creation" and the like were the most "Satanic" things to come out of the CIA during the 70's. These programs have so little merit, so little grounding in modern neuroscience, that its almost pathetic that these "agencies" had the immorality to research them at all, let alone for the length of time that they did. If you don't believe any of the other things I call the "Mark of the Beast" believe that this is a screaming example of the United States of America performing evil acts for no good reason. By the way, one of the big and obvious deceptions in gang-stalking and OSEH is that the victims are being experimented on. Let me tell you a secret: the technology has been perfected for a long, long time. These are not tests, gang-stalking is the full blown operation.
The point, the glue that binds these people and stories all together, is that they are very sure that something strange is happening to them, and they are seeking a valid mechanism of action. Some people turn to religion for an answer, others turn to science... the group of TI's seeks a mechanism that they believe they can stop, and in doing so wind up repeating stories and using articles that were shown to them for the specific purpose of confusing them as to how this is happening. They then begin regurgitating this information as fact, and because this is done in concert with their stories of why these things are happening, both are discarded by many. This is a huge problem for everyone, as they can and do give very valid testimony as to their personal experiences.

Many of the 'individual plays' that are part of the information operation known as OSEH are designed to create the appearance of insanity, this creates another problem, as the mental health community seems to summarily reject the idea that mind control technology could possible exist -- a pretty unscientific viewpoint. Further, they seem to be driven by standards tests and manuals which appear to be designed specifically to discredit testimony regarding advanced technology. For example according to the DSM-5 and the MMPI-2, if you believe "someone in reading your thoughts" you are probably a paranoid schizophrenic that requires medication. It should be pointed out that nearly all Christians believe someone can hear their prayers, and that there is a significant amount of public research into this field. I'm not sure why the psychiatric community appears to be broadly and unanimously unaware of both religion and science.

The psychiatric community's response is another example of a "Satanic influence." In this case, their motivations may not even be maligned, but they are blinded by groupthink -- and this leads them to overlook an obvious truth: group delusion is impossible. There are thousands of victims around the country, who have had no contact with each other, who find a very well hidden and non-mainstream community because of their experiences. The fact that they are able to find each other is proof in itself that they are experiencing a very similar kind of problem, with the same means of execution.

The people crying about about being victims of this crime do so in a public forum. They also file complaints with the FBI, CIA, NSA, ACLU, and other agencies. All in all, these complaints and pleas go completely unanswered, unnoticed, and non-investigated. This is not a normal reaction, even if the complainants "sanity" is being questioned. The lack of investigation should prove something to you. Think about it.

Makes sense.

This is a work in progress, updated daily. It is a personal story of Illuminati mind control, gang-stalking, psycho-surveillance, and general weirdness. It takes you through the story of events that occurred between 2010 and 2011, and describes my inner thoughts and interaction with the dark force shaping the future of humanity. Everything I know about Mindwar.

I suppose this is my attempt at a knowledge transfer. I believe I have a good understanding of the phenomenon we refer to as Gang Stalking, Organized Stalking, Electronic Harassment, and Mindwar... this information has come from first hand discovery. I have been a knowing victim since about December of 2010, right around my thirtieth birthday. I can trace the influence of mind control back throughout my entire life, however, from isolated incidents at ages as young as five, to much more involved intervention in my life from twelve onward. What has happened to me since 2010 has been a kind of demystification process, I have probably believed every stupid theory put forth by our fellow victims on the internet at one point or another. In the end, the vast majority of them are really bad theories.

I find almost unfathomable the lack of interest in our plight. From the government, who surely knows it exists at certain levels and is either ignorant or complicit, to friends and family who are controlled not to believe the victim, to the actual perpetrators -- who are likewise controlled to participate, the entire world has become a wall of disbelief to me. Even fellow victims fight over technological and operational details, ignoring the fact that we are all victims, not only of the same crime, but of the same perpetrator.

This is one of the most important things I can convey: there are no individual perpetrators purchasing mind control in a box and using it against you. Your neighbor does not have a website interface to see inside your home, through your eyes, or to make you "feel" or "think" things. There does exist however, a very large civilian army of victim perpetrators, people who for one reason or another act inhumanely by participating in the torture of victims. They may be people you know well, they could be perfect strangers, and they could be neighbors. It is possible they were "planted" in your life, much like an intelligence handler, many years before their participation. At the same time, one of the major weapons used against victims is to create the appearance of a much larger group of people "out to get them." Loved ones are mind controlled to disbelieve, and then to act in a manner which the victim sees a threatening, while their motivation may not be nefarious. Mind control is used in order to falsify the voices of people, which this enemy can do flawlessly. If you overhear conversations of people, without participating, it is highly probable the conversation was not real. At the same time, noises coming from neighbors homes, are most likely not real. It is very possible to create what is essentially an auditory hallucination using mind control technology.

Along those lines, victims who receive V2K, or voice to skull, are not being attacked with silent sound, or an LRAD, and nobody has a tooth implant with a powerless radio transmitter in it (as I once believed with all my heart). The perpetrators are not communicating with cell phones, text messages, or using radio communications at all. These ideas are implanted in the mind of victims, and then rigorously displayed to them as a way of reinforcing this false belief. The purpose of this idea, in my case, was to nurture my personal belief that only the victims of mindwar are being mind controlled. In reality, all of the perpetrators are also being heavily mind controlled, and any and all communication regarding the OSEH/mindwar operation is being conveyed to them with the very same technology that tortures victims... V2K. This is a direct manipulation of the auditory cortex, and using a mechanism which is not radio frequency related, it is nearly untraceable.

Over the course of "learning" about mind control technology, I have tried and failed at using every conceivable countermeasure. Faraday cages do not work, this is prima facie evidence that the technology being used is not electromagnetic in nature. Period. It is not microwaves, it is not the Soviet woodpecker technology, and it is not coming from GWEN towers, cellular phones, wifi hotspots, or the microwave ray gun that you think your neighbor has pointed at your house.

For a long, long time I believed that the easiest mechanism to control the minds of humans was nanotechnology. Several nano-stimulators per neuron, communicating either via some non electromagnetic means, or not requiring constant radio contact (they could store a "program", upload it when communication is possible) made the most sense to me. I researched modern technology, like IBCOM, and for a long, long time I was positive that this was the predecessor of the technology being used. It is not. The technology afflicting not only the victims, but the perpetrators, and the world at large, is much more advanced than you would think. It has affecting humanity for much longer than anyone would rationally decide.

One of the primary reasons for making us, as victims, believe that we are a small persecuted group, is to hide from us the fact that mind control is being used on everyone around us, all the time. I never knew the people that were causing me such distress were also being mind controlled, because I believed they were communicating with high tech covert microwave transmitters. They could have just as easily been using text messages. I am very close to an entire family, connected to organized crime, and the United States military, who were primary participants in the initial phase of my introduction to OSEH/mindwar. This is what I see, because it is what I have been shown. Others see jews, masons, religious groups, the United States government and the real truth is these groups are all involved but not as a whole. Had I known the entire time that those close to me were also victims, I probably would have acted differently. That is the purpose of these lies, to ensure that we do not realize that those around us are being affected by the very same technology which is tormenting us.

The real group involved in attacking us is much more federated (kindof how we see Al-Quaeda today, in cells), but at the same time it also shows to the victims a front of solidarity. Groups which would otherwise be at each others throats, like warring narcotics empires, come together in order commit this crime. This tells you one thing, very clearly: at the highest level, these people are working for another entity. It could be the CIA, or it could be space aliens, it doesn't really matter. What matters is that they work for this thing to their own detriment in order to further it's goals. Period.

The mind control works better than you think. For a long, long time, I thought I was a test subject. I'm not, and neither are you. This thing is not being tested, it's perfected. I was made to believe I was dealing with technology which needed to record and playback neural firing patterns, this was a complete falsehood, in the end. It was designed however, to make me believe that mind control was in its infantile stage, and further the delusion that I was an unwitting test subject. In the end, after all the falsely reinforced idea s about playing back previously recorded "feelings," it has become clear that this technology has not only decoded human emotions, but has completely reverse engineered the entirety of neural circuitry. It's been proven to me that this is a deception. We are not test subjects, we are a weapon.

There have been other ideas that I've believed and dismissed. The ultimate perpetrator is not religious, nor morally correct. The attack on us is not meant to improve us in any way, nor to teach us a lesson. More to the point, the attack is designed specifically to engender self-blame, where none is deserved. You have not brought this upon you, and there is probably nothing you can change internally to make it go away.

Back to the mind control working better than you think: there are points in our experience which we believe to be pivotal. Crossroads and turning points that internally we understand to have been a monumental decision that has changed the course of our lives. These points, along with our internal feelings, subvocal thought, and the ultimate decision itself might be the result of nothing more than mind control. It is absolutely possible that we have no free will, though its rational to believe we have some. Defeating the mind control technology is impossible without technological countermeasures. Christ will not save you, meditation will not save you, and knowing about it, will not save you.

What will save us all is loving each other, organizing, and motivating ourselves to sacrifice for the greater good of humanity. We can today, join together, and make a difference. We need to show understanding to each other, and work together regardless of petty disputes. We need to stand up not only for ourselves, and our individual problems; but also for each others problems.

Yesterday, I told you that we were not a body of test subjects, but were instead a weapon. Let me tell you why, and against whom.

When you take a step back and understand the sheer power of the technology being used against us, its almost silly to think that any of us have discerned its means or purpose... without the intention of the perpetrator.

Time and time again, it has been proven to each and every one of us that our actions, responses, and beliefs are directed. To escape the intended belief we are meant to take as our own is actually impossible. This is my sincere understanding, what we believe, each and every one of us, is by design -- we cannot escape the truth that is pushed on us, to us it is fact.

That being said, despite the powerful technology being used against us, we all find each other, we find commonalities between our stories, and have grouped together -- for a reason. It didn't have to be this way.. we could have easily been driven to isolated delusions that would have forced us to give up in our battle. Instead, we find each other, and a battle that is larger than each of us individually... one that is destined to make a real difference in the world.

Many of us feel a great need to publicly cry out about the abuses we endure. The number of books written by victims is such a high percentage, it would be uninsightful not to glean that creating a body of literature about mind control is one of the primary goals of OSEH. It is being left in the written record, for the future to see. I firmly believe that one day, not so far from today, the entire world will be made aware of the technology being used to harm us. When they are, they will seek out and find the community of victims that had been organizing for the last decade, and the books, blog posts, and complaints that have been filed as a result.

What they will eventually discover is what we already know. That we are stonewalled by "modern psychoanalysis," that our symptoms were clearly designed in order to create false reason for investigating bodies, government entities, and private citizens in order to ignore our plight. I think it is much more obvious than any of us see clearly. There have been no real studies, no real investigation on the part of the government, and because of that it will leave an indelible mark of complicity upon those who were tasked with protecting the population.

More to the point, when you take into account the fact that government bodies such as the NSA, are without a doubt aware of the existence of this technology, and its use against the public, it will prove that their lack of investigation was intentional. Knowing of its existence and capabilities sheds light on the perpetrator, and would make an investigation to find correlations and commonalities between victims a trivial matter. Even more damning, there are most likely known countermeasures, which would enable us to be protected by the government. These will be facts one day, not so far away.

Ultimately primary blame will fall on these agencies for failing to investigate and stop what is essentially an unseen invasion and corruption of human morals. The NSA and CIA, who most certainly have "eye to see," not just because of the knowledge they have but also because of the technological means of global surveillance of which many of us are made aware... on purpose. For this reason, I firmly believe that the body of knowing victims is a weapon against these agencies. They are most likely complicit, and also victims of the same phenomenon. From my personal experience, I imagine, and write extensively about the sincere possibility that they have been tricked into complicity.

On the other hand, as we have seen in the last decade, it is also possible that this is a false flag attack. The idea has been ingrained into the collective consciousness of the population from 9/11 forward, and it may be that this knowledge is the excuse used by the government to ignore what they certainly know is an attack.

Raising public awareness is the answer, and with recent strides being made in the mainstream media, as well as assistance from Jesse Ventura, we are making progress. It is important that we do not lose this momentum, and the only way I see to do that is to increase honest testimony related to the crime. Along those lines, I have asked repeatedly for more victims to file complaints, and publicly testify.

One of the largest problems we face is our disunity as to the mechanism and ultimately the identity of the primary perpetrator. I believe it is important that moving forward, we try very hard to give as much objective testimony as possible, leaving out opinions which are designed in order to discredit what otherwise would be objective observation usable by a researching or investigating body to pinpoint a solution.

In short, with the knowledge that we will be proven right in the end, the only way to accelerate our salvation is to stand together, provide the information required to stop it, and seek out a group of doctors and scientists willing to investigate further.

I want to add something about the creation of multiple personalities.

I think there is a distinct possibility - probability even - that these techniques of multiple personality programming have as their purpose the creation of artificial, "portable" personalities which can be used at will, not just in the person in whom they have been created but in other people too. I think these "multiple personalities", by their nature, are not bound to the mind only in which they have come into being.

So I think it is perfectly possible to create personality traits (multiple personalities, if you prefer) which, taken together, would make up a dictator's personality - some sort of Hitler maybe. All the people - or the person - in whome these multiple personalities have been "raised" - as it is possible to develop different tissues and even organs in some cases in lab mice - would have been subjected to extreme stress resulting in the creation of these artificial personalities after which these latter would be "harvested" and, through diverse manipulations, put together in the person which must serve their purpose.

I think it might be as cynic, brutal and cold- blooded as this.

And the operators doing all this, causing the particular sort of stress needed etc. might be absolutely unaware of it, that's to say, they were told something which would make them think they are doing something else than what is actually happening. They might be perfectly "normal" people, innocent bystanders, friends, etc.
