Are they photoshopping James Holmes' face?

Check this out.

We all saw the clearly visible squiggles around the ears and the awful (photoshop?) job done on his chin/jawline stubble. That raised a few questions..

But check this latest picture! Is this guy for real? Look at the eyes. I'm just speculating here but these mug shots are a bit...off.

It could just be that the dude is pulling faces in his mug shots, but I thought I'd consult you guys for your critical opinion since you've been following all of this pretty keenly.

Thoughts?
